F4TE designs and deploys AI receptionists, custom AI agents, CRM and workflow automation, lead generation, website design, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are described at the point of purchase or in a separate agreement.
If you contact us by SMS or provide your phone number, you may receive text messages related to your inquiry and appointments. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Carrier liability: Carriers and wireless service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, and we are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by carriers or your mobile device or service.
Paid services are billed through our payment processor at the price shown at checkout. One-time builds are non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment for a website build, you own the delivered site, domain, and code as described in the offer. F4TE retains ownership of its underlying tools, templates, and methods.
Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, F4TE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
